Cradled between the lush Tsitsikamma forests and vast blue Kouga Mountain range, the Lodge is situated a mere 75 minutes from Port Elizabeth and an hour from Plettenberg Bay on the scenic R62 motorway. The Lodge is also located near to the southern gateway of the Baviaanskloof Mega Reserve, a World Heritage Site which is treasured for its rich biodiversity. This makes the lodge an ideal base from which guided tours, adventure activities and self drive exploration of the area can be embarked upon.
The facilities are vast and varied, including two restaurants, a quaint stone chapel, a large modern conference room, a multi-purpose functions hall, a sports bar, ladies lounge, a cozy pub, sparkling heated swimming pool, tennis court, children’s playroom, indoor games, and more. Activities include hiking in the Kouga mountains (approx 4 hrs.) and drives to the Kouga River (approx. 4hrs)
